PilotSuite LLC supports account and data deletion requests for its applications. Where available, users may delete their account directly inside the app. If in-app deletion is not available or the user cannot sign in, the user may request deletion by email.
When we receive a deletion request, we may verify ownership of the account before deleting it. This helps protect user data from unauthorized deletion requests.
Account deletion generally removes the user’s account profile and associated app data from active systems. Some limited information may be retained only when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, billing recordkeeping, or enforcement of terms.
Unless a different period is required for a specific service, deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
