How do I delete my account or data?

Delete Account & Data
Request deletion of your PilotSuite account and all associated data.
How to request account deletion
To delete your account and all associated data from any PilotSuite app (TaskPilot, TimerPilot, KitchenPilot, DictationPilot, SupportPilot, FamilyPilot, HealthPilot, CampusPilot, or any other PilotSuite app), send an email to the address below with the following information:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- The app name(s) you want your data deleted from
- The email address associated with your account
- Your username or display name (if applicable)
What happens when you request deletion
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
- All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, including your profile, preferences, and any user-generated content.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
- This action is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered.
